All guests of SBV who visit our condo-hotel building will have access to everything the condominium offers including the swimming pool, pool side jacuzzi spa, onsite restaurant and bar, and in-room massage services. In addition, the SBV housekeeping and maintenance are onsite during the day to provide clean towel drop off or trash removal upon request.

BEACH CHAIR and UMBRELLA RENTALS AND BEACH ACCESS: Our building spans the entire block from Collins Ave to Ocean Drive. The beach is only steps from our building on Ocean Drive. There are 2 public booths on the beach which rent chairs and umbrellas, Boucher Brother's and Estaban's Place. You may also rent jet skis from the Boucher Brother's booth. We do not charge our guests a daily resort fee typically charged by hotels for use of the chairs and umbrellas. We do not want to charge our guests this fee in the event they do not use the chairs every day or none of the days. Instead you will pay a la carte for the chairs and umbrellas directly at the booth.

BIKE RENTALS: There are public bike rental stations on both Ocean Drive in front of Starbucks and also on the corner of Collins Ave and 15th Street.

PLEASE NOTE: The private Outdoor Rooftop Hot Tub is a Roman Hot Tub. They work by adding cold or hot water as you wish. The private hot tubs do not provide jets. We provide complimentary L'Occitane aromatherapy bubble bath which can generate bubbles in the hot tub water.

The European Kitchenette has a microwave, Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods, 2 mini fridges, plates, bowels, cups and flatware. However, it does not have a cooktop or stove.

There are 2 beds, a luxury king size bed and a queen size pull out sofa bed.
There's a private balcony or patio. A kitchenette is outfitted with a refrigerator and a microwave. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a safe and a coffee/tea maker, and housekeeping is provided on request.

Great weekend getaway

I took my teenager here for an end of summer escape before starting up school again. We loved our time here and I would certainly make a return visit! The property is located at Z Ocean hotel. The check-in process was a breeze, staff were friendly and responsive, and location was a quick walk to beach, restaurants, and shopping. The room was clean and spacious, and kitchen area was stocked with basic kitchenware and 2 mini fridges. I loved the patio plus rooftop area where there was a large Roman style jacuzzi and a wet bar with mini fridge. The jets didn't work in the jacuzzi, but we filled it with cold water and used it to cool down each evening. The front porch cafe located downstairs had great food, but service was terrible (we witnessed 2 different parties leave and another 2 very frustrated with lack of service). But there are lots of restaurants to choose from in the area.

Excellent for the price

Right in the middle of everything. 2 blocks to the beach, Steps to restaurants and shopping. Our cruise got cancelled and I called them last minuet and they went the extra mile to get us a room for the week we were supposed to be at sea.

My stay at SBLOH

This was in my top two hotels that I have stayed at so far! I absolutely loved it! The pictures didn't do it any justice!! This will be the only hotel I will stay in when visited Miami! Absolutely perfect! The host were super nice and accommodating. This was great.
