Great stay

Great stay at a pretty nice location. Pretty good amount of food located near by. About 25-30 mins away from Miami Beach. Great view from condo and pool was nice!

Great place and location

The room itself is great - new appliances, balcony, view, washer/dryer etc. Reviewed cleanliness a 3/5 given that we did find ants in the kitchen and bathroom. Building itself is very nice with a large outdoor pool and lounge area. Awesome location.

Amazing place with fantastic location

The host Jackie was amazing and extremely accommodating. Jackie made arrangements for us to check in early and check out late. The place was exactly as pictured and there were plenty of attractions, restaurants and bars in walking distance. The balcony has fantastic views and the building has too many amenities to name. The next time I’m in the area I will definitely stay here again.

Very Nice Property!

Nice view, clean place! I did mistake the Game room for the living room while scrolling through the pictures quickly, but it all worked put in the end. Host was very helpful and was a good place to stay. Chalkboard highlighting Miami was a cool touch. Would recommended.

Jackie is the best hostess!

First of all, Jackie is a great hostess! For a very reasonable fee she offered pick up and drop off at the airport. It was nice to meet the host right away. She walked us up and got us settled. The unit is just as it looks in the listing. The bed is very comfortable and was made with lovely sheets. It's definitely best for a couple. We traveled with our 14 year old son and the futon wasn't idea to sleep on. She offered bikes which my son and I really loved, and explored the city. The unit is right by Bayfront Park area and we loved that, easy to find something to eat, shop and we took a jet boat tour of Miami which was great. On Friday night we went to the area, an easy walk, to see the Heat play. I'm so glad we chose this location. My favorite part was "The Empanada" right next door to the building. , I ate them for breakfast and lunch!! I will say that the folks in the lobby were not friendly, but we didn't need them for anything so it was fine. Also, Miami can be a dangerous city and there was an incident in the building while we were there, but that is no reflection on the unit... it's just a urban environment, full of lot of people and buzzes with all the urban noises you can imagine! Thanks Jackie for being such a great hostess, responsive to all of our needs!

Great downtown location!!

My daughter and I came for a girls trip to Miami. This location was great! The condo was clean, had an amazing view, the bed was comfortable and the facilities were perfect! We were able to enjoy the rooftop pool and hot tub and the coffee shop on the first floor was so convenient! I would recommend this spot and would come back again!

Bayside property

We where in town for the F1 inaugural Miami GP weekend. The property was located in a great area and close to downtown and access points. Communication was good and checkin process with staff was very helpful!
