This apartment is perfect for art enthusiasts and creative souls. You will not find anything else like it in Miami.

This second-floor apartment is set up to sleep up to 3 guests comfortably, but you can accommodate up to 4. It is also perfect for working and using it for creative purposes.

Guest has full access to the entire unit. The kitchen is fully-stocked with an oven, refrigerator, microwave, pots, pan, dishes, coffee maker, blender, and more. The bathroom has a bathtub shower with fresh towels and linens provided to every guest. Get free parking on the duplex and free street parking in-front of the apartment.

Please understand that Florida is tropical and therefore insects are a fact of life. Roaches, ants and lizards in tropical climates do NOT mean the house is dirty and despite they are an uncommon situation in our apartments. They are the most common insects in Florida, specially with extreme weather conditions and sometimes the presence of them in the apartments are out of our control.
