The room was clean but not enough, the bed was not clean, we put DO NOT DISTURB and they opened the room, parking is a problem and super expensive more than $60 per night. I think they don't have good control over reservations because they charged us for the breakfasts we paid for with our reservation and since check in they didn't want to make us believe that it wasn't included but I could verify that I did pay for that.

This hotel did not meet up to my normal Kimpton standards. The valet circle out front was laughable, backed up down block and when we finally worked our way up, the valet attendant yelled to us from the door that it was raining and we should just leave the car. Then they wouldn’t take my Tesla anyway bc they didn’t want to drive it in valet mode like every other place on the planet. I wound up parking at a general lot for only $20 for 24 hours, which was as a much better deal anyway. No baggage help offered. Check-in was fine, but the rooms are shabby and need an update. The restaurant wait staff were not what I would call motivated humans. I had to ask for coffee numerous times at breakfast and when we told the waiter the coffee was cold he was annoyed. DJ at the pool and multiple birthday parties in the cabanas. If we could do it over we would have stayed at the Ritz for just a bit more.
