Extremely disappointed!

The room was extremely dirty it should have been cleaned before we arrived. Carpets and floors where dirty. Place was full of dust. Mail clipping on the floor. Dirty cup in the bathroom. Walls and trim have water damage and dry wall dust. Also I was charged extra 132$usd for hotel fees to use their amenities which we couldn’t use because amenities where closed due to hurricane. These fees where never stated on hotels.com when we booked.
