The condo can comfortably sleep up to six guests in the two comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom features a king-sized beds, and the second bedroom has 2 additional full-sized bed. Both rooms are outfitted with luxurious linens, flat-screen TVs, and dressers you can use to store your belongings and feel right at home. The larger room also has a closet and full-sized mirror. If you’re traveling with young kids, you’ll be happy to find the full-sized crib.

The 2 full bathrooms have everything you’ll need for a relaxing experience. They feature modern shower and tub combos and are stocked with plush towels and robes. There’s also a hairdryer for each guest.

Toiletries: We provide toilet paper, paper towels, and liquid soap for the restrooms. We do not provide extra toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, washcloths, laundry detergent, or similar items.

The modern kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, including stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and fun extras like a juicer and blender to give guests an exquisite experience. Please provide us a chance to fix problems before thinking about cancelling the reservation.

Late Check Out

Check-Out Time: The check-out time is 11:00 AM local time.

Late Check-Out Fee: Guests are required to vacate the premises by 11:00 AM. A late check-out fee of $150 will be charged to guests staying beyond the check-out time plus $20 per hour after the first hour late.

Notification: Guests must notify the host at least 16 hours in advance if they anticipate needing a late check-out and seek approval. Late check-outs are subject to availability and approval by the host.

No smoking allowed in the property. Smoking Fine: $750 plus fees for relocating next family if the smell causes any issues.
