Staff was courtesy but the room smelled musty and bathroom sink did not drain properly. The window a/c unit was very noisy. Beware there is no elevator and our room was on the third floor.

Clean, friendly hotel in a quiet location convenient to MIA Airport via city bus and convenient to Coral Way Trolley which provides free transportation to cruise ships. The hotel alerts you to the absence of an elevator and the need to carry your luggage upstairs.

This is our favorite place to stay in Coral Gables. A nice quiet hotel with helpful staff. Jorge was extremely accommodating with our early arrival. The location is walkable to many stores and restaurants and is close to a free trolley stop.

Staff was friendly, check in and check out easy. Location is walkable to plenty of restaurants in Coral Gables. There is a target very close if you forgot any small items. Only complaint is the hotel is dated, especially the bathroom needs updating. Very small rooms which were fine for us, but might not be for others who like bigger spaces.
