We were happy with our stay, however, we stayed two nights ago and asked about reserving the 10am shuttle to the cruise terminal. The staff that helped us stated that if we checked in between 5-6 we should not have any trouble. When we checked in today a little before 4 we were informed the shuttle was full and that many guests who checked in yesterday had already reserved. We were extremely disappointed since we were here day before yesterday. We were able to get the 12 pm shuttle but it leaves after our check in time. Otherwise, the staff and service were great.

The shuttle service was terrible. I kept calling and no one showed up. We waited for over 1 hr and 30 min. After speaking with someone twice, they no longer would answer the phone. Should not offer shuttle if you are unable to meet the demand.

The room was good. However, I thought breakfast was included and it was not. Breakfast was advertised as $17 on their poster board by the breakfast area. When you go to pay they indicated it is $22 inclusive of taxes. They should quote on their board the full price that the guest has to pay, which is $22. Very misleading!
