For the stars ratings the property was a 5 for most. The home was clean, comfortable, and definitely as advertised. Signage throughout the home and exterior regarding do's and don'ts. All very reasonable. The problem lies in drainage and habitability. There was at no point any hot water. The toilets flushed about 20% of the time. When you shower (COLD shower) the toilets would make noise and actually bubble. The shower never drained while showering. And would take up to 15 minutes after you finished to drain. Not that I am a "partier" type of person, but signage said quiet hours are from 10pm - 8 am.....yet the neighbors were partying with loud music until well after midnight. Didn' bother me as its their home. But not sure why there are quiet hours for me when clearly that isn't an issue in the neighborhood. Can't state enough that the home was clean and well kept. The plumbing and lack of hot water were the issues. So much to the point that we ended our stay around 7 pm on the 11th and left early to go drive 5 hours to just go home in order to take a hot shower and have a reliable toilet to flush.

Excelente propiedad en una zona muy tranquila. A pocos minutos del hard rock stadium. Muy bien equipada. Piscina. Lavasecarropas. Microondas. Todo excelente. Solo revisar sistema de drenaje. Luis fue un excelente anfitrión.
