Yes room was only cleaned once i was there 5 nights. They said rooms cleaned every other day, that didn’t happen! I extended my seat two nights because of bad weather.The front desk had to do new reservation and they totally screwed that up. They had a girl that was training with no one shadowing her and she was left alone at front desk! It was awful
