Didn’t like that the staff was always asking me what is my room number. When I had previously been there the whole week. Plus another thing I didn’t like is that I had extended stay with third party online and in order for me to stay I would have to pay extra after I shown the receipt to the staff. And then I had to take everything out of my room and recheck in after 3 pm. That was insane knowing I was out of state.

My only complain it that property was in a pet friendly category but it’s not. So be careful if you have pets that need to stay with you. That is a false advertisement.

The front desk staff was indifferent to us. Basically went through the motions - even carried on a personal phone conversation she was having. Didn't seem to care is we were here or not. Shower pressure was poor. No shower gel or conditioner. We couldn't take advantage of the breakfast because it didn't start until 7. Surprisingly considering it's a work day. Can hear the other guests talking. And their TV ... and phone notifications. Probably could have lived with all of this inconvenience if not for the poor service at the desk. However... Not the fault of the hotel but there is a cricket in our room somewhere that we didn't notice until we were settled in to sleep - it chirped all night long and into the morning. We only came to sleep prior to heading to the airport for a flight home - and we didn't get that unfortunately.
