La habitacion limpia, la locacion perfecta, el parqueo perfecto pero la srta del front desk un poco ruda , hay conversaciones q puedes explicar las reglas sin ser tan ruda,entiendo las reglas de cada lugar pero la manera de decirlas interfiere mucho,,le dije buenas tardes tengo una reservacion y se q eran las 2 pm …su respuesta : lo mas temprano para entrar es 3 pm ,, (no hubo una respuesta cordial),, bajo su cabeza a lo q hacia y fin de la conversacion,, cdo entras al lobby pareciera q no hay nadie pues tienen un counter super alto ,q detras de el esta sentada la srta , no se para para mirar a su customer y mucho menos educacion para recibir a clientes ,,, sientes q no eres bienvenido ,, mi experiencia fue asi

There were food crumbs in both beds. The sheets were not fresh and with stains. The shower tap was barely working and was not controlling the temperature and flow of water properly. Most of the appliances had rust on them. AC buttons were broken and the unit was not functioning properly. The cover sheet did not fit the blanket so the staff decided to use two small sheets instead. There were two cigarette holes - one in the desk chair and one in a mattress. The key worked from the 5th try only. There were tiny ants present in the room. We stayed in the room 150.

I left a previous review—highly recommended this place for budget hotels. Front desk (Aileen) and others are friendly and helpful. No hidden “service charge “ like so many other hotels in Fort Lauderdale. I do have one recommendation: please provide recycling bin somewhere. I had to cart out our recyclables to the parks where I found reliable recycling bins. Thank you for the week stay

The place was very questionable. They had rooms you could rent buy the hour. Traffic in and out all night. Mainly the same 3 cars. My daughter about got hit standing by the building itself. I would definitely not recommend and will never stay at one of these locations again.

The price is excellent for Homestead, we paid twice as much in Fort Lauderdale for lesser accommodations. Front desk staff efficient and friendly and accommodating. We initially booked two nights decided to extend to five days because of the location. The front desk gave us the same king size large room to “keep our positive experience.” Breakfasts: juice, sausage, waffles, etc. coffee good. Excellent base:30 minutes to Florida Keys and Everglades. 1 hr to Miami. Garden Inn is well run , exceeds expectations of budget hotels. It’s part time of our pleasant Florida memories
