This property was okay. The neighborhood is a little sketchy at times. However, the check in process was smooth. The room itself was clean, but basic. There is no kitchen. Instead there is a small dorm fridge and small microwave in the corner. The garden needed mowing and it was clear the rest of the property was still under renovation. The gate needs some attention, as I got hurt trying to open it to access the room. The deadbolt on the room didn't work, but the push button handle worked fine. The toiletries were great quality and the shower amazing. Would I stay here again? Not sure. The issues with the property would need to be fixed first. If I were a single woman or travelling with young kids, this would not be the property I would choose.

Clean room and close to night life in Wynwood. Easy check in and out . Great price and good place to relax after a night out on the town . 10 min drive to ocean drive and close to downtown Miami . I would stay again if in town!! Host was excellent and responded quickly.
