My frustrations began well before arriving at The Daydrift trying to complete the digital check-in using my phone. Fortunately, it worked using another device and my information was eventually verified. Upon arrival, it turned out the room I tried to access was occupied. And we confirmed soon after this painful incident, I was given the wrong room number. With the help of Raymel, who was working at the property at the time, I was able to check into another room but not without another delay until I received a new code. At no point during a phone call that I initiated with guest services was an apology made or anything offered beyond an acknowledgment that the room number texted to me was wrong.
The location of the property is great and my stay was comfortable, however, my issues with poor communication, lack of professionalism, etc... makes it an easy decision not to stay here again.
