30USD will be charged for each key FOB, every two adults (+12 years), at the time of Check-in, which will allow you to access the facilities of the building. (1-2 adults 1 fob, 3-4 adults 2 fobs and 5 adults 3 fobs.) (Credit or debit card only)



Parking is not included.



Parking fee:

* 1 week : 100$

* 2 weeks ; 125$

* 3 weeks : 150$

* 4 weeks or 1 month ; 175$

* Daily: 40$ overnight/holiday: $40



Washer and dryer is next to the elevators (not inside the unit) and they need a card to enter.



Delivery policy:

* Guest must be in house (not advance deliveries)

I will do my best to make sure everything is perfect for your stay. I live less than 10 minutes away and I like to be in the building every day. However, I do respect your privacy and I will not disturb you during your stay. The unit will be very clean when you arrive with plenty of fresh towels. If you need anything please let us know. No need to clean the apartment when you leave, that what the cleaning fee is for. Just contact me, and I'll take care of everything else!
