I had to request the check in information. Then upon checking in the resort the next day, they had not communicated correctly with the resort and it took almost an hour to get things right. They were not available via the app and had someone covering for them. They made no attempt to correct the situation or give a discount for the poor customer experience. I would not recommend this place or the host at all!!

Great vacation

The property listed was just as we expected. We really enjoyed our condo. It was stocked with everything we needed and it was clean and spacious. We were very happy it was on the second floor so we could use the stairs and it was overlooking pool and ocean. Antonio replied quickly when we had a question about the tv 📺 and had someone come to solve our issue. We would definitely rent this unit again.
