Would not stay here again unless this specific location was more important than comfort. It was uncomfortable, dirty, no basic amenities, no elevator, very loud, and goes on. We did not get hardly any sleep due to the noise of the area, the thin windows, and the room above us being very loud also. The bedspread had stains. For us, never again.

The staff member was really rude when we asked him about the air conditioning set the same for the whole floor. Elevator doesn't work and we stayed on 3rd floor, we didn't have any kind of discount for that they lower the deposit from 200 to 100 but there is not a discount since it's money that we get back. we would not stay there again, especially since the windows are screwed shut.

This was a horrible experience from the time we got there. We only got the room for 1 night. I was not informed about the parking situation at no point during the booking or the multiple times I called. They have a so-called valet parking. However, the lot was right behind the hotel in a sketchy alley, it was $40 for 1 night and when we left I had to get the car myself.

Save your money when booking this place... first off the rooms are freezing. They dont each have there own AC unit so it was like uncomfortably cold while i was there. They did let me know ahead of time, however the elevator doesn't work. There was another review that stated his refrigerator didnt work so i was already going into with that mindset... My refrigerator was the opposite. It was so cold i put my things in there a few hours frozen solid... redbull can puffed out like a blow fish. The wifi is awful! The TV is connected to the wifi so the tv never worked. I took a photo for proof of what my screen looked like. I sometimes got a "theres a problem trying to play samsung tv. Check your connection" theres another screen i saw once but dont have that photo fyi, that said "there's no connection, connect to a network to use samsung TV" but what was weird was that the sound of the channel would come in and out..connected my phone to the wifi, and nothing loaded in a timely fashion. Videos, tiktok, tooks years to load i was forced to use data. The positive about here... its literally right across from the beach. Also relatively close to the little shopping mall and restaurants to keep you occupied since the tv didnt work. And the bed was pretty comfortable. Would i ever come back, absolutely not. Never in a million years.

Beach Park met our needs as a budget option on ocean drive … basic room, clean with nice bed & bedding, towels and toiletries. Big THANKYOU to Helen (Ellen) for speedy and efficient check in and sorting other requests we made during our 4 night stay 10/10. Sadly cannot say the same for other staff, mobile phones for staff need to be banned, customers should be their priority !! None the less we would use again.

There was no elevator and I’m handicap. There’s no air in the room you put us in. I paid for a beachfront and you couldn’t see the beach. This hotel is zero stars and that’s what it should be listed at on your Expedia app because this was the worst hotel I’ve ever been in it stunk and there wasn’t nothing I could do. I had to go buy cleaning products to clean it because it was so nasty I don’t think they’ve ever mopped the floor I was so disappointed in this hotel that I’ll never use Expedia again. I tried to call and make a complaint and the manager on duty wanted to give me 50 Expedia points when I spent more than that on the hotel and then the lady at the hotel said Expedia never contacted them because they would’ve given our money back, but Expedia told us that the hotel manager said that they couldn’t reimburse us anything but then again the lady running the place said nobody ever called even check because she would’ve gladly given our money back so we had to stay five days in a dump very disappointed

The first night we had no hot water. When we went back the second weekend, it was ice cold in the room. They did give us extra blankets. But the elevator wasn’t working either time. It is in a convenient spot for nightlife.

I should have read the reviews before booking. The entire property is dingy and gross. Extremely dirty, dark, smelly, and loud. Stains on all sheets and towels, roach droppings in room, dead roach in hallway, paint peeling everywhere, old tattered furniture, bed and pillows are rock hard, you can hear word for word conversations through the windows and the walls. The walls and ceiling creaked with every door slam and heavy foot. Elevators haven't worked for months. So we carried three kids, 4 bags, and two strollers up the stairs every time we had to go somewhere. Every inch of the couch is stained. Front desk is extremely unhelpful (didn't have extra sheets for the couch or towels when we requested so my husband went searching for housekeeping). Front desk was certainly uninterested when I initially arrived for check in. Thought I was getting a deal for $180. Never again would I stay here. Felt like a druggy motel.

Everything was awful, the room didnt even have a thermostat or plastic cups to use. There was no coffee available in either the lobby or rooms. The elevator was out and was told “your kind of room” isn’t available on the first floor even though the hotel was not sold out. It was very cold in the room. We weren’t offered the option to upgrade our room and when we checked in the first thing out of the person at the lobby’s mouth was “yes”, not cam I help you.
