Staff was very nice The price is good for beach being across the street Complaints - elevator was not working but the receptionist was able to move our room to the 2nd floor instead of 3rd , Security did offer to help take our luggage up Room was extremely cold need 3 blankets to feel warm, there is no climate control in the rooms , Room didn’t have a dresser to put away clothing only a closet with hangers

I’d stayed at this hotel before and had a better experience than this unfortunately. We had quite a few issues this time like the elevator was broken for our full stay, fridge was leaking, flush/toilet issues, AC issues at first, bathroom window had about a half an inch wide hole allowing heat and noise etc enter our bathroom. WiFi was VERY poor in our room (229), paid valet was unavailable to valet my car throughout. Very poor customer service by the young man upon arrival and last night again. He just was not happy. Not even a smile to greet us upon arrival, very non compliant and unwilling to even try to solve any issues listed above. He repeated each time that no one had ever complained about the WiFi and maybe it’s my phone he can’t help, he can’t help with valet etc instead of being understanding and helpful. Yes I know the valet was a different company but I still expect front desk to be kind and helpful and make me feel like my concerns matter and make an effort to try to remedy them. His colleague a young woman the next day greeted me with a smile and was helpful to at least make me feel like she would come up with a solution. This was as I mentioned the second time staying here because I had great WiFi last time and a working room and great location. But based on this experience (even though I got a more expensive suite this time) I will not be staying here again neither will I recommend this place. Very disappointed.

The elevator was not working and I had multiple rooms that my parents that are old had to go up to the third floor my other room there were handicap because of their lungs and they were on the second floor with no elevators. That’s tough with your bags, maybe since the elevators were down they should’ve had workers carried up the bags for the people that couldn’t handle it. there was no phone call no nothing no Email saying that the elevators were down and they were down for the whole time and no timing on when they’re getting them back.

It was a stay that was needed at the last minute, so thankful for somewhere to stay. It was very cold, could not adjust the temperature, I got sick as well. The toilet had to be fixed, lighting was poor. We saw 3 roaches, one in the bathroom, and two in the bedroom. The staff was nice but the actual physical hotel, I will not stay again. I honestly feel like we are owed money back.

Scam of a hotel

When we arrived we had to pay a check in fee of $100 (which they give back at check out). There's no problem paying the fee/deposit BUT I would've loved for them to have been a little more clear on their website regarding this. ALSO, we had to pay an EXTRA $80 (NON-REFUNDABLE) for 2 day parking. I want to add that they have a very small parking lot behind the hotel in an alleyway & they keep your keys throughout your entire stay. Their website says "parking included" but they miss the part that you have to pay a butload for. Their elevator was out of service. The lobby was hot & humid. The hotel room was VERY hot, no thermostat whatsover, we had to adjust to the condition that the place was in which was in shambles. There was a cockroach in our bathroom crawling around AND the walls were paper thin, I could hear everyone and everything in that hotel. This honestly has been the worse "hotel" I've stayed at. The reality did not meet the expectations and the pretty aesthetic they paint to have online.
