Everything else was pretty much booked already or extremely expensive due to a music festival. We ended up choosing this place because it was a cheap.
Pros- decent price, good location( near a cvs, supermarket, liquor store, tons of restaurants/ food truck ) AC works great, nice TV (live channels didnt work, but we watched other things), and host was responsive
Cons- Small tables, pretty much left everything in my luggage. place smelled weird when we got there. They put something in the vent the next day which helped. Place was also dirty, when we got there, my girlfriend walked around barefoot and her feet became black. We complained to the host and they sent someone the next afternoon to mop. I also specifically asked them to let us know when they were coming, so we could make room for them to clean, but the cleaners just popped up un-announced.
Although the host was responsive, things were still unorganized. I reached out and asked if we can check out at later than 11am. I got a response saying No. Which is fine. but the morning of, when it was almost 11am, I get a call saying "Yes, You can leave at 12 instead." Which was useless because I already finished packing and was ready to go. Had they informed me that earlier, I could of slept in a little more and not rush things.
Bottom line is, you pay for what you get. if youre trying to impress a girl, do not pick this place. I would only recommend this place if you're on a budget and traveling alone
