Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

The location was great, near the beach. The actual accommodations were lacking. The carpets and floors were dirty, there were minimal kitchen utensils available, and there were zero cleaning products available for the kitchen. No dish soap, no dishwasher detergent, no paper towels, dish towels. When renting a VRBO, I would expect these amenities as a very minimum.Also, there were roaches.

carpets in apt were dirty chairs and chairs and shower head were rusty . they booted my car for parking in front and charged me 75 to take it off without any warning even though they knew i wasn’t planning on staying . The bed broke in middle of the stay and the staff was rude:very bad experience and not worth the .Don’t stay in this apt

The place was large but the furniture didn’t match the pictures. the couch was small and could only seat 1-2 people and the TVs were all 32 inch with cable only. The overall complex was dirty but the apartment itself was clean. A decent affordable option but I would recommend elsewhere
