Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

This property is totally run down. Our room had 4 glasses, 2 that matched, no wine glasses, fridge was dirty would not touch the water from it very dirty, only available towels in kitchen where paper towels. No pot holders, dish towel or soap (had to buy soap to clean glasses) all drawers empty. Knock on our door at 9:55 am on checkout. "you have 5 minutes to get out or be charged 171.00 and I will be back in 5 minutes" No hello just demand. Area it is in is the only thing positive. Beach was great and a nice pool. Would never stay here again

Not very clean very outdated and staff at property not helpful or friendly. We had one washcloth for four people and the kitchen sink was nasty. Hall bath had zero water pressure and one very small trashcan.

In the past 8 months I’ve been staying twice in this place. The first time was a bad experience and I thought that it was only the apartment that it had problems but these second time it was just the same thing, the whole building is dated. Don’t book it. The only good thing about this place is the location… that’s it. Also the kitchen was dirty, rest of food inside the microwave and inside the oven . The floor in the entire apartment was visible disgusting.

Place was nice overall just needs a deep cleaning once l, and then maintenance as they go along. Host was responsive. But took some time to reply so be patient. Location is really nice right on the beach with private beach access and swimming pool. Bedsheets had stains on them no blankets.
