Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Pros: Great View Overall property was kept clean Quick response when needing to move apt Location to beach 20 daily beach umbrella use free beach loungers Onsite market well stocked with basics for slightly elevated cost for convenienceCons: Images may not reflect the apartment you actually get Moved apt due to cockroaches Some beach loungers needed to be replaced Property needs maintenance - broken tiles around cabanas, cabana shades were ripped, 350 per cabana per day, cheap loungers by pool that didn't fit the vibe in the marketing expense pool bar drinks No restaurant on site (at least during the week No easily accessible restaurants or coffee shopsOverall, I expected to cook our meals so not having access to restaurants wasn't a deterrent for me. Access to the beach was my main deciding factor. There are always pool loungers. Pool umbrellas are free, but first come, first serve. The price got jacked up for the week after our stay and I would never go over what I paid. The amenities just do not justify a large cost.

Honest Review

I read other reviews when I booked this that made me a bit nervous. But, once we arrived, my fears we alleviated. Check in was smooth. The room was large and well decorated. The place was immaculately clean. Are there some upgrades needed, yes, like you can tell the walls are older and have been painted over multiple times, but they were clean. The baseboards are older and thick with paint also but again, clean. The carpets in bedrooms needs to go. hat would help the overall rating. But, the pool was large and nice it is right on the beach, the beach service was fantastic with the two chairs and there is a tiki bar on property and they grill burgers right there. We did have a view of the beach- not direct- we were actually facing another building but could still see the beach from our balcony. We did have some construction noise while there that was a bit annoying but it wasn't on site and not their fault.I actually enjoyed our stay and would return if back in the area. I would give one more star if the carpets were gone next time :)

Booked bay view but got room with view of side of building. Two days no tv and multiple trips to front desk and female clerk was very rude. Given 3 tickets for beach towels but only allowed two towels a day so why give me 3 tickets. Lots of empty beach chairs but only allowed 2 but I was told 3 in the listing.

Property close to beach is great! Otherwise property isn’t close to much, restaurant onsite closed all week until weekend and unit/property could be updated. Also no tv in master bedroom is a negative. Overall served purpose of trip but wouldn’t choose again.

Tough to work with

Weather stopped all flights. Host stated that she could refund or change dates. VRBO stated that the host needed to process the changes… the host said VRBO needed to do it. So, it just didn’t get done and we were out $1,500 without a vacation.

Misleading

The was a run down facility. Elevators slow and most of the time, only one worked. The apartment we stayed in was not what was pictured. We had cockroaches the first morning and the facilities way of managing this was to drop off a can of raid in our room, which they said they would exterminate and asked us to be out of the room. It took 3 calls to get facility to address this. I called VRBO, sent them pictures per their request, and they never responded. I will never use VRBO again and will post negatively about VRBO at every chance I get. VRBO and I attempted to contact owner and no response to me and VRBO stated no response from owner. This was a complete misrepresentation of what I agreed upon. Highly disappointed. I would recommend never staying at Sea Coast Suites and I would never recommend VRBO to anyone. I have never been mislead by other online services. VRBO did nothing to assist me. Stay away.

Great Vacation

We had a great family vacation. This property is really nice and very clean. Apartment was well stocked with dishes, pan, silverware and utensils for cooking. The balcony and view was a plus. The three beach chairs were a savings and mini grocery market made it convenient for us. We would stay here again.

We had a fully renovated unit which was as the posting described. The small convenience store in the lobby was a great convenience for milk, eggs, drinks, etc. The building is clean and well maintained. While you need to pay for maid service if you want, they give towels everyday if you request it as well as toilet paper, paper towels, and other kitchen needs. Would definitely go back with our family again

Schöner Aufenthalt mit Verbesserungspotential!

Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern (14 und 9 Jahre alt) für insgesamt 12 Tage im Apartment. Die Lage in Mid-Beach ist top, direkt am Strand, Supermarkt in 7 Minuten mit dem Auto. Es sind wenige Kilometer nach South Beach, bzw. ins Art Deco Viertel. Leihfahrräder vor der Tür. Das Apartment war von der Raumaufteilung ok. Wir hätten uns allerdings als Selbstversorger eine bessere Küchenausstattung gewünscht. 2 Töpfe, eine Pfanne, 4 Gabeln und Messer sind dann doch etwas wenig. Der Apartmentkomplex und die Poolumgebung ist in die Jahre gekommen und muss in den nächsten Jahren renoviert werden. Die Poolzeiten werden streng überwacht, auch am Strand werden die Liegen nur bis um 17:00 Uhr zur Verfügung gestellt, danach einfach weggeräumt. Leider gab es pro Familie nur 2 Liegen kostenlos, den Schirm und weitere Liegen mussten bezahlt werden. Auf der Anlage fanden auch Geburtstage und Hochzeiten mit externen Gästen statt. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass diese Gäste im Vergleich zu den lokalen Gästen besonders betreut wurden, schade eigentlich!

A propriedada e muito antiga e tem muitos problemas de consevacao, a limpeza é ruim nao tem opcao de restaurante e bar os que tem sao pessimos e com pessimo atendimento, tem um seguranca na piscina que fica armado e intimidando os hospedes, o servico de praia é pessimo, os garotos que atendem so ficam olhando o celular, nao dao atencao e sao muito mal educados.
