Villa 110 m2 with swimming pool. Very well located in Méze 10 minutes walk from the beaches and shops. Garden 500m2 equipped with a barbecue. Swimming pool 6x3 facing south. Large living room kitchen of more than 55m2 with table football and billiards. 3 bedrooms equipped with double bed. The whole house and bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The kitchen is equipped with hob, oven, microwave extractor hood as well as an island. The living room has a sofa with television and video projector, Canalsatellite and wifi are available. It is possible to park in front of the house with several vehicles. Méze is a small town where life is good, it has 3 ports and 2 large beaches that are redone every year. Many restaurants are around the main port and in the old Mèze. The Etang de Thau and its oyster and mussel producers are to be discovered a few minutes from the villa
