It is located in the heart of nature in the hills of Meulan-en-Yvelines, yet close to Paris (about 45 minutes by train).
Very bright thanks to its large south-facing windows, it has a fitted open-plan kitchen, a bathroom with a clawfoot bathtub, and reversible air conditioning.
Its large, single room offers every comfort. You will have a 160 cm bed.
The kitchen has everything you need to cook (the coffee maker is a filter coffee maker).
With no neighbors opposite, you can enjoy a lovely 18m² wooden terrace.
Access is private via a right of way.
The loft is located just 800 m from the city center and a 10-minute walk from the Thun-le-Paradis train station (connection to Paris Saint-Lazare or Mantes-Rouen).
A private parking space in the gated condominium is included, with the possibility of parking several vehicles outside.

For a perfect connection, it is equipped with fiber optics.
