The house also has a private terrace, with garden furniture and barbecue, all on a plot of greenery and fruit trees, with an area of 6 ares. A courtyard, a private and secure parking lot (electric gate) is available. Several shops nearby, bakery, supermarket, within walking distance (5 minutes from operation). SNCF train station well served throughout the day. Ski resorts located 10 km away. Hiking trails nearby. Various and varied activities in summer and winter.
