Great hotel for an overnight stay. We had a corner room with was really quiet and comfortable bed. Breakfast was busy but great options. We parked in the shopping centre car park which is under ground and safe.

Spacious and luxurious room on the 7th floor. Great facilities in room. One of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in. Wonderful shower . Staff are excptional in their professionalism and consideration for clients.

Really nice & very spacious property with lots of curiosities all over. Breakfast was a bit lacking in the context of the level of everything else - no fresh fruit, only compote, no fresh veggies, somewhat sad looking cheese.

Respite from Normality

In love the concept of this hotel, it being based on a surrealist novel. There are hidden quirks that relate back to the fictional owner wherever you look. It’s highly unusual, extremely comfortable & a welcome respite from the humdrum of standard corporate hotels.

Lors de ma réservation, j’avais expressément choisi un hôtel avec parking, ce qui implique pour moi un stationnement sécurisé sur place, et non à proximité. Mon véhicule contenait de nombreux achats importants, j’ai dû vider entièrement mon véhicule par crainte de vol. La réponse de la réception, indiquant que “rien n’était jamais arrivé depuis 1an» n’est pas acceptable. Une pré-autorisation de 100€ m’a ensuite été demandée. Si le principe ne me pose aucun problème car cela est normal, le terminal n’indiquait pas qu’il s’agissait d’une pré-autorisation, et le ticket mentionne un paiement “biens et services”, ce qui est trompeur. Enfin, après une consommation tardive au bar, j’ai demander à ce que cette note soit rattachée à ma chambre. J’ai été appelée moins de 5 minutes après être dans la chambre, pour régler immédiatement. Malgré ma demande d’utiliser la pré-autorisation, un paiement m’a été imposé, que le terminal de paiement était mobile, moins de 5 minutes s’écoulent. Cet homme m’encaisse à la porte de ma chambre à 23h31 la somme de 63€, 3 cocktails et petite assiette de fromages. Cette situation m’a choquée et donné le sentiment d’être suspectée voire même victime considérée comme une personne malhonnête. Une régularisation le lendemain aurait été bien plus appropriée. Face à cela, j’ai donc écourté mon séjour et à notre projet de déjeuner sur place afin de voir le bar du dernière étage sous les lumières du jour… Je ne vais pas renouveler l’expérience chez eux.

Extraordinaire établissement ! Nous avons passé un trop court séjour mais suffisamment long pour profiter d’une décoration et architecture incroyables. Chaque détail compte! De plus le personnel a été très agréable et prévenant. Nous avons aussi dîné au restaurant sur le toit et tout était parfait. Nous recommandons sans réserve cet hôtel inoubliable !
