J’ai choisi cet Ibis Styles Ă  l’ouverture en m’appuyant sur des articles et une notation qui laissaient espĂ©rer une belle expĂ©rience. Malheureusement mon sĂ©jour a Ă©tĂ© loin des attentes : À l’arrivĂ©e la premiĂšre chambre avait la TV qui ne fonctionnait pas. On m’a proposĂ© une autre chambre immĂ©diatement, mais celle-ci Ă©tait deux fois plus petite, sans table de chevet et avec des finitions clairement insuffisantes. ProblĂšme de nuisance sonore : un voisin mettait sa TV Ă  fond, la chambre n’est pas isolĂ©e. À la rĂ©ception, aucun membre du personnel ne m’a accompagnĂ© pour vĂ©rifier que la seconde chambre Ă©tait correcte ; j’ai dĂ» m’en occuper seul. Le pire: j’ai une chambre moins confortable pour le mĂȘme prix, sans la moindre excuse ni geste commercial. Le matin, le petit-dĂ©jeuner manquait d’élĂ©ments basiques: pas de thĂ© noir/vert, seulement deux infusions. On m’a rĂ©pondu qu’ils n’avaient pas Ă©tĂ© livrĂ©s. Le choix du lait est limitĂ© (seulement du lait sucrĂ©), ce qui est surprenant pour un Ă©tablissement qui vient d’ouvrir. Points positifs : emplacement mais ils ne compensent pas les manques opĂ©rationnels Ă  l’ouverture. Conclusion : Pour une ouverture, l’hĂŽtel manque de prĂ©paration et de contrĂŽle qualitĂ©. Je recommande de reporter la rĂ©servation jusqu’à ce que la direction ait rĂ©solu ces problĂšmes.
