Beautifully appointed, wonderful friendly staff, lovely fluffy towels, and very clean. Breakfast buffet options were plentiful and freshly made scrambled or fried eggs and freshly squeezed orange juice were also offered, in addition to freshly made cappuccino. We highly recommend this hotel!

Very clean and new room. Easy check in and friendly/responsive staff. Breakfast was nice and actually goes till 10 am so you don’t have to wake up before dawn to get food lol Staff were great. I mixed up my days and thought we had an extra day there and they were very accommodating and friendly about booking us to keep our room an extra night. Really a great stay. We were joking that we wish we could bring the hotel with us to every stop we have in Sicily.

Excellent staff and service at a nice hotel. The quality of the mattress, sheets and towels was fantastic. Breakfast was great as well. Only minuses were (1) hot water could be stronger and (2) the electronic lights didn’t work, so we just manually shut them off. Overall, still a great stay!

This hotel delivered a great experience overall. The staff, particularly Pasindu, who went above and beyond, were very friendly, helpful, and fluent in English, which made everything easy from check in, to local recommendations. Additional staff members, Sabina and Salvatore (including the breakfast staff), were also very kind and welcoming. The location is prime, felt very safe, and made getting around effortless. Rooms were modern and new, and breakfast was included, highlighted by excellent pastries! Parking was initially a challenge, but Pasindu went above and beyond by offering his own parking space, which truly set the service apart. Jolly Charme Suite was an excellent choice!

Wonderful hotel, would highly recommend

Lovely hotel, very comfortable beds, great service and staff. Breakfast was great also. Great for visiting Messina, close to all attractions including the Duomo. Great theatre across from hotel with free concert and lovely restaurant up the side street next to the theatre. Great view from room, we were able to watch the arrival and departure of many ships including cruise ships and the boat trains.

We had a nice room with a great view. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was excellent. To enter the first time, the keypad process was unclear - there were two outside (one in the left and one on the right sides of the door) pick the panel on the left.
