Superbe maison bien équipée et très fonctionnelle ! Belle terrasse avec plusieurs expositions et parasol pour rendre les repas extérieurs encore plus agréables. Beau jardin et pas de vis à vis.La maison est idéalement située, à 5 min de la plage, 6/7 min de vieux boucau, dans une résidence calme. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Das Objekt haben wir wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Die Lage ist ruhig und über den sehr gut ausgebauten Radweg sind alle Ziele in der Umgebung einfach und schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben Fahrräder gemietet und das Auto während unseres Aufenthaltes eigentlich kaum bewegt. Für den Rasen um das Haus ist eine automatische Beregnungsanlage in Betrieb. Diese sorgte permanent für hohe Feuchtigkeit um das Haus. Leider hat dies dazu geführt, dass wir unsere sehr schöne Terrasse nicht nutzen konnten. Die Feuchtigkeit hat den Stechmücken sehr gut gefallen und man wurde innerhalb von Minuten überfallen. Schade. Wir hatten uns über die schöne Terrasse im Vorfeld schon sehr gefreut.
