Villa Club One is a fully restored Norman longhouse, designed for gathering in a different way. Set deep in the countryside, just 90 minutes from Paris, it sleeps up to 22 guests across 9 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.

A truly private place, all to yourselves — that's what makes it unique: its sports facilities, exclusively yours for the length of your stay, with a padel court floodlit until midnight, a pool heated in season, a pétanque court and a table tennis table, all set within 8,000 m² of wooded grounds.

Spaces to come together, and to breathe. The bedrooms are arranged as independent suites, each with its own sleeping area and bathroom, so no one is on top of anyone else. For shared moments, two lounges, a dining room and a heated conservatory bring everyone together whatever the season. The 200 m² terrace opens the house onto the garden as soon as the weather turns.

What our guests remember is the complete quiet, the comfort of the beds, and being able to live here as a group of 22 without ever feeling crowded. A house that works equally well for a family weekend, a birthday, a hen or stag party, a corporate retreat or a training camp.

Nearby, the Château de Beaumesnil is just minutes away, the Abbey of Le Bec-Hellouin about half an hour, and the Normandy coast — Honfleur, Deauville — roughly an hour. Several local caterers, yoga and padel instructors can come directly to the villa.

Good to know: we are flexible on arrival and departure times wherever possible. A local team prepares the house before each stay and stays reachable throughout your visit.
