Alles was man braucht in Top-Lage

Pros: Alles sehr sauber, Küche voll ausgestattet, Betten frisch bezogen bei Ankunft. Die Basics (Küchenrolle, Klopapier, Spültabs) für den ersten Tag waren vorhanden. Alle Fenster mit Vorhängen UND Rolladen - bei Hitze unbezahlbar. Fast überall Fliegengitter. Garten komplett eingezäunt - für Hunde optimal. Schöne Terrasse inkl. Markise mit Tisch und Stühlen; wenns nicht regnet, kann man da prima frühstücken. Nette, hilfsbereite Nachbarn (der Mähroboter hatte sich festgehangen und die Nachbarin kannte den Code...). Cons: Lt. Anzeige "Parken auf dem Grundstück": das ist nicht so ganz richtig...man parkt auf der Straße, geht dann einen Seitenweg ein paar Meter runter, steht dann vorm Gartentor und hat dann noch ein paar Meter mit Treppenstufen bis zur Haustür. Für Personen mit leichtem Handicap in Arm und Knie macht das schon einen Unterschied, wenn ich das Gepäck erst noch von oben nach unten schleppen muß, statt einfach vom Auto zehn Schritte bis zur Haustür. Mein Mann und ich sind beide PlusSize sowohl in Höhe als auch in Breite; Einschränkungen in Bettlängen, Türhöhen, Waschtischhöhen etc. sind wir also bereits gewöhnt und diskutieren wir gar nicht erst, aber das hier war die erste Dusche, wo wir nur mit eingezogenem Bauch und seitswärts rein und wieder rauskamen: so einen schmalen Einstieg hatten wir noch nie.

Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an sehr merkwürdig. Es gab keine klaren Hinweise zum Schlüssel oder zur benötigten PIN. Wir (Mutter und Tochter mit zwei Hunden) reisten am 09.05.26 an und waren sofort schockiert. Das Grundstück war ungepflegt und keinesfalls wie auf dem Buchungsportal dargestellt. Überall lagen Gerümpel, scharfkantige Gegenstände und kaputte Zäune – gefährlich für Hunde und Kinder.Das Haus war stark verwahrlost: Spinnenweben, Staub, schmutzige Teppiche und überall Dreck der Vormieter. Weiße Hundehaare (unsere Hunde sind schwarz), Wollmäuse in jeder Ecke, eine verdreckte Küche und verschimmelte Krümel in den Kühlschrankdichtungen. Selbst der Staubsauger stand offen im Dreck. Laut Nachbarn war das Haus länger nicht vermietet, genug Zeit also für eine gründliche Reinigung.Die Vermieterin stritt am Telefon alles ab, zeigte weder Einsicht noch Entschuldigung. Besonders unverschämt war ihre Aussage, sie habe ein Zimmer nicht gereinigt, weil sie davon ausging, zwei Erwachsene würden automatisch ein Zimmer teilen. Die Heizung wurde per App gesteuert, die Räume waren kalt und die Temperatur nicht selbst regelbar. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden unhygienisch neben Putzmitteln gelagert.Die Zustände waren unzumutbar, weshalb wir nach weniger als 24 Stunden abreisten. Alles wurde per Fotos und Videos dokumentiert. Wir werden unser Geld anwaltlich zurückfordern und raten aktuell klar von einer Buchung ab.

Das Ferienhaus ist einladend und hat eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Der Ausblick von sowohl der Terrasse als auch dem Garten ist phänomenal. Der Garten ist groß - unserem Hund hat es gefallen. Im Haus war es sehr warm (danke für die neue Heizung). Alles ist vorhanden… und sogar ein kleines Präsent von den Gastgebern auf dem Tisch. Danke

Leuke accommodatie dichtbij prachtig meer.

Pros: Leuk huis met ruime tuin, rolluiken tegen de zon, een open haard voor de koude dagen, handdoeken aanwezig, opgemaakte bedden bij aankomst. Cons: Hor(ren) kapot, wespennest bij de voordeur, de matras op het bed in de kleine kamer zorgt voor rugklachten.

Schöne Lage am Hang über dem Hennesee!

Pros: Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und der große Garten ist ideal für Kinder zum Herumtollen rund ums Haus. Große Veranda am Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zum Garten. Gute Gegend für sportliche Radfahrer, E-Biker und Wanderer! Cons: Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung.

Ein Traumgarten, alles eingezäunt. Einfach zum wohlfühlen

Pros: Der Garten war absolut klasse. In der Ferienwohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das große Schlafzimmer ist super für Eltern mit kleinem Kind geeignet.
