In the heart of the Boischaut Sud and Berry regions, a 13-person gîte (holiday cottage) is housed in an authentic 19th-century train station, which has retained the charm and character of its railway heritage while offering all the modern comforts you need for your stay!

A 5.50m x 3.50m (140cm deep) above-ground swimming pool is open from June to September. The ground floor comprises:

- a 40m² living room with a pellet stove,

- a 15m² lounge with TV,

- a fully equipped 14m² kitchen,

- a separate WC,

- direct access to the terrace overlooking the platform and to the garden,

- a bedroom for two people (one 180cm bed or two single beds) with a private bathroom and compliant with accessibility standards.

Upstairs:
- Two bedrooms, each 22 m², for two people (queen-size bed - cot available), with private bathrooms,
- One flexible family room of 24 m², accommodating up to seven people - TV and DVD player, children's games,
- One shower room with toilet, adjoining the family room and which can be made private.

Exterior:

- Terrace on the quayside (disused railway line) with views of the surrounding countryside ("Boucheurs Berrichonnes")

- Enclosed 500 m² garden with children's play equipment, a secure enclosed bathing area, a trampoline, and an unenclosed 500 m² garden with soccer goals, a basketball hoop, a ping-pong table, etc.

Parking in front of the cottage.
Pets are welcome at a rate of €5 per stay per pet. The entire ground floor is wheelchair accessible thanks to adapted openings. In addition, one double bedroom (23 m²) is equipped to meet accessibility standards and has its own private bathroom.
