One room smelled like cat pee. The second room had stains on in the beds. Just dirty and cold. Check in staff was very attentive.
Very disappointed with facility. Would never stay here again.
I didn't plan on staying the whole weekend. The staff was very accommodating. The gentleman that worked in the morning was very friendly and helpful.

They have contractors leaving trash and tools out in the area, service desk can’t smile even to greet you, it smells bad inside breakfast poor unattended, room main light bulb was off, toilet runs none stop, furniture old, filthy and made one seat with 2 different ones.
The property was dirty and smelly broken toilet seat handicap was filthy the towels were dingy and dirty there was an Oder of mold and mildew and when I went to the front desk to complain and ask for a refund I was met with hostility disrespect and a I don’t care attitude and was told to leave and get a refund from the booking site I had insurance on my stay and was denied a refund I provided video and photos of the issues
The pool area was disgustingly dirty. There were fake finger nails on the floor, fake eyelashes in a spilled coffee cup in the table and a dozen or more used towels lying around. The air conditioner in our room was broken and could not be fixed and they were out of other rooms so we didn’t end up staying the night. The staff promised that they would refund our money. When you book through Hotels.com you have to request a refund with them also and it’s not as immediate as getting it at the front desk before you walk out the door and head out of town. It turned out fine and we were refunded the next morning but it caused a little anxiety.
When we checked in the wait was over 5 mins. for someone to show up. The room was smelly like it had been sprayed and for good reason the bed had BED BUGS. We left immediately and told the staff at the desk why and all they said was sorry. This hotel should not be on Expedia's list and I expect Expedia to refund my money. I have been loyal member for years but this was wrong. Please refund my money and never list this hotel again.
Worst stay ever!! I ran into multiple issues while here…we got a non smoking room(only option we seen) but somehow they thought it would be acceptable to give us a room with burns in the duvet cover and on our sheets (burns with a little rigid marks making it very uncomfortable to sleep on), there were three lamps in our bedroom. All three of those lamps had stains on them, wrinkles and deteriorating. The carpet had a giant red stain on the left side of the bed, along with blood stains on the back commode(tank and bowl) that DID NOT BELONG TO ME I found this to be super unsanitary but when I addressed all these issues to the front desk representative he said its probably just ketchup (my question was then why would ketchup be in the bathroom and on the toilet?) as well as the unstable foundation in the latrine(wall crumbling down and liquid coming out) And to really set things off the power at this facility kept going out the entire duration of my stay(I never heard or seen a hotel with a backup generator) . Thankfully my children weren’t with me because this is unacceptable and to know I had no where else I could go cause they refused a refund and “didn’t” have any other rooms
