This place is horrible. My husband and I own a business that serves multiple states in the Midwest which is (2 adults and a 6 year old) traveling full time and staying in a lot of motels. We booked 2 nights. The girl at the front is completely unhelpful, she could hardly direct us on how to get to our room and basically scribbled the room number on the card. We asked her if there was any laundry area and she hesitated and then answered yes they do but it’s not easy to get to or not always working. We desperately needed to do laundry. We grabbed all of our clothes and belongings and started to our room. We couldn’t find our room and couldn’t tell if we were looking for a 3,5 or a 7 (wet and cold) and had to set all of our stuff down so I could go back to the front and ask what my room number was. The guy at the front desk with the piercings kind of laughed and said “did I write all crazy ?” I said I just want to go to my room and she said “oh yeah, you are in the back building”. He then informed me I’d be much better to drive my car over there. My family walked up the steps and there was a drunk man drinking beer in the hallway. Our room had roaches all over it. Refrigerator and microwave did not work. Smoke detector had paper towels in it and people running and yelling in the hallway all night. I had to give a 60 dollar cash deposit to stay in bugs and filth ? The second day we were working most the day thankfully but we feel itchy and sick and it’s gross. We need refund

Cockroaches

COCKROACHES I will make this short and sweet. First room (231) I was put in, had the shower torn apart and water running. Was moved to room 235. The floorboards in the bathroom were squishing with water underneath and mold was up and down the shower. That night I was greeted by a handful of cockroaches in said bathroom. I was then moved to room 237. I was immediately greeted to 6 baby roaches on the sink in the living area. When I brought this forth to Sharon, the manager, she stated she could give me a $30 refund. Not great, but I appreciated her trying. When I got home, there was no refund. I contacted Hotels.com who was wonderful and they reached out to Motel6, who denied any refund. So... cockroach infested, mold, and liars. Don't waste your time or money. Also, there were two large dead roached in the 3rd room and one dead one on the second floor middle of the carpet in the hallway the whole time. Cleaning isn't a thing.
I killed 12 roaches, and saw 3 more I was unable to get because they crawled into the openings near the shower in both rooms

The ceiling has mold on it, when you shower the steam makes the floor slippery because there are no opening windows, you try to replace your towels they gonna try to keep your deposit, they have ants

This property put me into a room with a huge crack that was turning into a large hole in the middle of the bottom of the bathtub. Then told me they couldn't switch me to a different room. No coffee or cream and regular sugar.

If there were an option to give minus five stars for the front desk staff, that’s exactly what I would choose. When I arrived at this hotel, exhausted after a long trip, the so-called clerk at the front desk treated me in the rudest way I have ever experienced in my life. He hurled every obscene insult imaginable at me—apparently because I dared to wake him up. On top of that, he told me that he had canceled my reservation, which I made through Expedia.com, entirely on his own initiative without even informing me, simply because he “decided” I wasn’t going to show up. I have never seen service this disgraceful before, and I hope I never will again. I strongly urge hotel management to investigate who was on duty that day and take the strictest possible action. The entire experience was so revolting and disgusting that words can hardly describe it.
