This place is horrible. My husband and I own a business that serves multiple states in the Midwest which is (2 adults and a 6 year old) traveling full time and staying in a lot of motels. We booked 2 nights.
The girl at the front is completely unhelpful, she could hardly direct us on how to get to our room and basically scribbled the room number on the card. We asked her if there was any laundry area and she hesitated and then answered yes they do but it’s not easy to get to or not always working. We desperately needed to do laundry.
We grabbed all of our clothes and belongings and started to our room. We couldn’t find our room and couldn’t tell if we were looking for a 3,5 or a 7 (wet and cold) and had to set all of our stuff down so I could go back to the front and ask what my room number was.
The guy at the front desk with the piercings kind of laughed and said “did I write all crazy ?” I said I just want to go to my room and she said “oh yeah, you are in the back building”. He then informed me I’d be much better to drive my car over there.
My family walked up the steps and there was a drunk man drinking beer in the hallway. Our room had roaches all over it. Refrigerator and microwave did not work. Smoke detector had paper towels in it and people running and yelling in the hallway all night.
I had to give a 60 dollar cash deposit to stay in bugs and filth ? The second day we were working most the day thankfully but we feel itchy and sick and it’s gross. We need refund
