My dad and I booked a two night room for an upcoming family reunion. Our room was clean, which was very important. However, during check-in, a guest was complaining about the lack of parking, as they had nowhere to park their car. It was torrential-like rain outside and they had a baby. The reviews for this hotel were mixed (i.e. noisy, unsafe place to stay), but we did not experience this. My biggest complaint was at check-in. My reservation was made under both of our names, but I checked in before my dad. I had to pay for our stay, although my dad had planned to do this. Expedia should ensure that this info is given to potential guests prior to booking.
