The rooms were very clean and the staff was amazing. The heat in one of our rooms wasn’t working and they sent someone to fix it right away. The pool was kind of cloudy but as a pool owner, I don’t blame the hotel, I blame the guests that don’t shower as instructed before swimming! Hot tub was perfect! Overall, we had an amazing night and would definitely book again!

The facilities were all well made but everything was grubby. There was splashed food on the hotel room wall, the couch in the suite was very dirty, the carpet was stained and dirty. Thankfully the bathroom and bed were clean.

Hotel overall was awful, but the room was disgusting. Everything was dirty, hair and stains on the bed. Trash under the hide a bed. The mattress on the hide a bed was so old and brown it looked like it came from an 70 year old smokers auction. It was so gross all the kids refused to sleep on it. There were suspicios stains on the couch cushions, dried boogers on the pillows, and the air conditioning was crap. We turned it down as far as we could go and stil sweat all night. The hotel smelled like pot and the breakfast didnt taste very good. The paint on the ceiling above the pool was peeling. Worst hotel ive ever stayed in.

This property is too close to the interstate so if you are noise-sensitive, it is not a good idea. Television in the room did not work and they could not fix it. They offered another room but it would have been too much to move at 9pm at night. They have a sitting area but the television is on the wall facing the bed instead of the sitting area. Toilet was brown underneath the rim and the shower plunger was rusted and crusted.

When I checked in the room it was filthy. The toilet had feces all around the toilet. Towels in the room had blood on it. Throw up in the garbage can. The internet kept going in and out no connection for the tv. I mention it to the people who worked there who just gave me stuff to clean it up and didn't send anyone to do so. I will never come back again.

For what we paid while visiting family, the motel was ok. The bed was very comfortable but the motel is pretty dated. The front desk staff were very friendly and very efficient.

This hotel was not clean at all. The floors in the lobby, elevator, and especially the room itself, looked like they haven't been swept, vacuumed, or mopped in years. Bed sheets and comforters were stained with yellow and red spots. Pull out sofa was covered in trash under the cushions and the mattress was so stained and covered in dust and debris that it was completely unusable. I had to strip some sheets off of the queen beds to cover up the couch with layers not pulled out just so my fifth person had someplace to sleep that wasn't totally disgusting. Front desk guy was very rude and short. Aside from the absolute disgusting facility they also don't open the pool until 11am which is the time of check out so if you think you can let your kids swim the morning before you leave think again. At the rate of filth everywhere else though I would dare check out a pool there anyways. Overall 1/10 do not recommend.
