98m² house surrounded by 4500m² of woods. You will appreciate the private swimming pool (7x3.5x1.50) not overlooked. For the safety of children, it is specified that the pool closes with a bar tarpaulin.
The house has 3 bedrooms, two of which have a 140 bed and one with 2 90 beds. (Bed linen and towel rental on request 50 € - cleaning offered as an option for 90€)

Depending on your desires you can canoe in the Ardèche gorges (35km), visit the Chauvet cave (35 km), stroll through the typical villages (Spa town of Vals-les-Bains 4km; Antraigues-sur-Volane 10 km, Balazuc 15km, Vallon-Pont-d'Arc 35km ...) go hiking on the many trails starting from the house or on those located on the heights of the Ardèche mountains (Mont Gerbier de Jonc 28km), mountain biking, cycling on the greenways, caving, canyoning...

Jolie maison spacieuse.hôte disponible Le grand plus le calme la piscine avec jolie terrasse entourée d'un bois et de la végétation.Nous avons pu emmener nos deux chiens qui était en sécurité le jardin étant grillagés Nos hôte nous ont offert aussi des produits de la région se qui était très gentils Si vous avez envie de calme n'hésitez pas c'est chez Hélène et Laurent qu'il faut réserver

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans cette maison. Hélène a été une hôte très accueillante et à l'écoute pour que nous profitions au maximum de la maison et des environs en nous partageant tout un tas de bons plans savoureux. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir si nous repassons dans la région.

Maison confortable correspondant à la description. Hôtes très réactifs a nos demandes ( pour compléter la batterie de cuisine qui était un peu juste pour cuisiner).Piscine agréable et sécurisable avec un petit enfant de deux ans. Nous avons apprécié le calme et la nature.De nombreux villages charmants à visiter et activités à faire aux alentours (45' de voiture) en suivant les conseils éclairés des hôtes.Merci

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est parfaite, la piscine et la terrasse très agréables. La vue de la terrasse est tres belle. L endroit est calme et invite au repos. Notre hôtesse s est montrée accueillante, disponible et de très bon conseil.

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances dans ce logement ! Il est parfaitement équipé, propre, et très agréable à vivre. Le calme et l’isolement offrent un vrai moment de déconnexion, tout en étant idéalement situé à proximité de nombreuses activités, aussi bien pour les adultes que pour les enfants.La propriétaire est très sympathique, accueillante et disponible.Nous recommandons ce lieu les yeux fermés et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
