The bars and restaurants of Son Parc are only a short walk from the villa. The villa has been adapted for those with reduced mobility and wheelchair users, including a ramp and handrail into the swimming pool. WiFi, pool heating, air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Villa Casa Feliz is a detached property located in the charming resort of Son Parc. The beautiful sandy beach, famed for its clear shallow waters, is just a 10 minute walk from the villa. Pool heating is not available during July and August.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.20 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.

The air conditioning in this villa operates with an eco-sensor, meaning that if no movement is detected after 20 minutes the unit will switch off in that room.
