This modernly furnished holiday flat is conveniently located near the Adige river. It is equipped with a lot of comfort, a garage and a beautiful garden. With a comfortable double bed, the flat is ideal for a romantic holiday for two.

Merano or Meran (in Italian) is located in South Tyrol, close to the border with Austria and Switzerland. It is a chic city with a rich history and a historic centre that you should explore during leisurely strolls, for example in the Steinach quarter. Sports enthusiasts can hit a round of balls at the nearby Lana Merano Golf Club (3.3 km). The Seggiovia Single ski lift is just 5.6 km from the residence.

The property has a lovely terrace where you can relax. You can prepare a breakfast of your choice in the well-equipped kitchen and in hot weather you can also take a refreshing shower outside in the garden. The holiday flat is completely even with the ground, there are only two stairs directly at the entrance.
