A tastefully decorated apartment located on the garden level of the owner’s villa within an estate overlooking the village. Enjoy the peace and quiet, relaxation, and the song of the cicadas. Private shaded terrace with a view of the Massif des Morières. A remarkable ornamental garden with terraced grounds where you can stroll, relax, and admire the scenery. An exceptional location at an elevation of 300 meters above the charming village of Méounes, with all amenities and shops nearby. A communal bocce court on the property, as well as a shared 25-meter-long swimming pool (open from June through September) located 400 meters from the cottage and one tennis court (free), with parking nearby. Linens and made-up beds included. End-of-stay cleaning available upon request for an additional €50 per stay. First floor: Well-equipped kitchen, living room, sleeping area with a double bed (140x190). A bathroom with shower and toilet.
