Staff wonderful and great location, room very clean . The only negatives the restaurant was not open on the night of our stay ( Sunday ) and could hear the traffic .

The room is clean. The customer service response is quick and professional. The only thing is my room was at a busy corner of the hotel partly facing the main Street so I was noisy in the morning during rush hours 6 to 10. The other thing was the TV stopped working while watching the tennis games for a couple times. Will consider coming back next time visiting SF !

Future of hotels.

Really amazing hotel. I’m lucky enough to stay in nice hotels, like the Four Seasons, and this one is right up there. Lovely touches and well thought out design. Will definitely stay here again.
