Global luxury suites communication surrounding the booking process was quite poor and they relayed incorrect information to me multiple times. Additionally, they promised to “call back” and never did leading me to lose trust in their representatives. With all that being said, the actual apartment was upkept and nice.

California weekend

We visited California for the holiday weekend to sightsee and go to a couple of baseball games. Our stay in Menlo Park was a perfect location for the different venues we attended. The apartment was great. Especially for the price. The area is a little industrial but only 20-30 minutes from San Francisco. The complex offered a pool, rooftop deck, cafe, game room, etc. just as described. Our apartment was comfortable, clean and plenty of space. I appreciated all of the detailed information in our room regarding the check in as well as the usage of the tv, etc. I would definitely consider staying at a global luxury suites location again.
