Great location. Easy to walk to shops and dining in the area. The room was spacious and comfortable with good temperature control. It does not have tissues which would have been appreciated. The room was a little old fashioned but very clean and lovely view of the mountains. We found the staff to be a little rude and we noticed some people on arrival got a glass of fizz and others did not, we did not and we were on our honeymoon so would have been nice. Breakfast was nice. I got a massage which was so lovely, bit of a strange set up, spa/pool area.

Lovely hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Only quibble they tried to charge us twice for one of the breakfasts. We had breakfast included in the booking. Had to ask for room service breakfast one morning and instead of charging for just the service they charged for the whole breakfast again. Anyhow it was swiftly sorted and reimbursed.

Mendoza 3night stay

Very pleasant stay in a hotel that has plenty of amenities and nice common areas. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and in addition, made eggs to order. Of special note, was their front desk staff, at any time of the day.
