Cuidado.

Hotel bom e bem localizado, mas o estacionamento deve ser ruim, pois lá atendentes não indicam estacionar lá. No primeiro dia deixei na tua e paguei estacionamento do município a cada meia hora a partir das 7 horas da manhã, incluindo sábado. No domingo na cobra, mas quebraram o vidro do carro para roubar, em frente ao hotel. Pior incomodacao da viagem.

Ótimo custo beneficio em excelente localização

O hotel está muito bem localizado no Centro de Mendoza, próximo a Av Colon, Av. San Martin e a Praça Espanha. O atendimento foi excelente e muito prestativo. A acomodação para 4 pessoas (2 adultos e 2 crianças) muito boa, em 2 quartos separados. Sentimos falta de frigobar na acomodação A limpeza também muito boa. Aspecto negativo da acomodação foi a cortina de um dos dormitórios que estava danificada. No geral, pelo custo benefício avalio como muito bom.

Mala atencion de todo el personal. El hotel figura como tres estrellas, pero no lo es realmente. Nos cobraron por equivocacion dos veces y tardaron dos dias en solucionar el "problema" la devolucion del dinero. Muy caro para lo que es . Ya que incluso en el desayuno habia un par de facturas. No es buffet como mencionan ser.

Nos fue bien, sin embargo la reserva por hoteles.com en el lugar no la entienden muy bien o no saben el procedimiento. Espere aprox media hora en la recepción para aclarar el proceso, debí mostrar mi información de la reserva porque no se logro únicamente con el número de reserva. Fui bien recibido en la tarde/noche en la recepción, estaba el alojamiento "pago" y me dieron mi habitación. Hotel viejo, venido a menos, sin inversión de mantenimiento. Cama incómoda, toma corrientes viejos, despintados, canales de TV pésimos ( 9 de cada 10 se veían lluviosos o borrosos ), el alfombrado viejo, desgastado, descocido. Baño de la habitación, no había agua fría en la ducha (fue difícil el bañarme), bidet y lavamanos agrietados y partidos por la vejez, toallas y toallones desgastados. El desayuno básico, jugos, yogurts, facturas, pan, mermeladas y fruta. Al momento de salir, me cobraron el IVA porque se habían olvidado y la reserva por página web no admite IVA. Por ende, gasté $1000 la noche, en un hotel 3 estrellas (que de casualidad puede llegar a 2), que no recomiendo para nada, hasta que mejoren las instalaciones.

Péssimo!

O hotel é péssimo, o banheiro no lugar do ralo é um buraco, ao lado do vaso tem um rali todo quebrado, a pia e o vaso sanitário são velhos e sujos, o quarto tem carpete velho, surrado e sujo, não conseguimos ficar, cancelamos nossa estadia, mas o hotel não devolveu o dinheiro, vamos processar.
