Chegamos no dia 24/12/25 às 22h no hotel. Informamos que nosso voo só chegaria esse horário. Não tinha ninguém na recepção. Aguardamos por alguns minutos até que fomos ao restaurante solicitar o checkin. Quando vieram nos atenderam muito mal, explicaram brevemente sobre o café e Wi-Fi somente. Sem nenhum tipo de empatia ou cortesia ainda mais por ser noite de Natal. Não teve ninguém para levar nossas malas ao quarto e explicar detalhes de funcionamento de ar condicionado etc. Para Hotel com o nome do Park Hyatt completamente decepcionante e amarga a chegada. Além disso nossa suite era para 3 pessoas e não tinham montado a cama extra. Tivemos que solicitar e esperar montarem tarde da noite e cansados da viagem . Café da manhã farto, mas repetitivo. 4 diárias e as mesmas coisas. Não tem variedade. Piscina do hotel minúscula e gelada. O banheiro não conta com porta que separa o vaso sanitário do restante do banheiro. Não tinha privacidade. Quartos precisando de renovação. O quarto que seria para 3 pessesgava

Bad layout. Clothes hang in bathroom and no door for toilet area. We Were not informed that room faced evening boxing match in courtyard of hotel blasting hours past midnight. Front of house staff great, but first room smelt of smoke, and second room had unbearable air con noise in the corridor. So we were moved to a third room which was great. Hotel bar had great cocktails but they didn’t know anything about wine. They kept trying to give us Sauvignon Blanc when we said anything but. Hotel is quite tired looking. Breakfast fine with healthy options. Expensive for what it was.
