We stayed here for 20 days, and the place was quiet and very safe. The cleaning lady came every day to clean the apartment — she washed all the dishes we used, changed all the towels, made the bed, and cleaned the bathroom. Our host, Sergio, was extremely kind. We asked if it was possible to have a microwave, and within minutes they brought one to our room. We had originally rented a room for two, but when our cousins offered us a ride from Chile to Mendoza (we flew from Houston to Santiago), I called Sergio and he immediately said “no problem.” He even upgraded us to a larger apartment at no extra cost, and we comfortably shared it with our cousins for a couple of days. It was an excellent experience overall. My only advice: if you’re renting a car, go for a small or mid-sized one — the garage is a bit tight to maneuver. Other than that, the apartment met — and even exceeded — our expectations!

Great place, we really loved it

This hotel is in a great location ,its really an apartment with kitchen, everything worked, the shower was great, no noise, really worth every penny, not far from the airport or the main bus depot, the trip from the hotel to the airport is $10.000 Argentine pesos which is like 10 us dollars.

Mendoza Apartments are very nice and excellent value. Plenty of room and clean. The location is not the best, but you’re just a short walk away from the central downtown road. Communication and helpfulness of staff was amazing, especially with us English speakers. Very attentive, and would quickly provide help and address concerns. Definitely recommend.

Great Value Stay

The room was great and in a walkable spot to downtown without the crazy hussle and bustle of downtown mendoza. Draw back is the floor clean product had a weird pee smell. But I guess I knew when it was cleaned. So bonus. Big plus, the front desk had a power convertor. CLUTCH. Also laundry mat is one block away. Super cheap and really good. They did the laundry for you. Bless

Noisy neighbours

The main issue was other people sitting outside our appartment talking very loudly. Asked them to keep the noise down at 11pm. Tbey did go into the adjacent appartment but turned up the music. Appartments aren't manned after 9 and there are notices asking people to be quiet after 9. Guy at the desk when we checked in was helpful. Underground carpark is useful as parking on roadside can be hazardous.

Sparkling clean apartment and great service

I stayed four nights and was really impressed. The large apartment was sparkling clean, the bed was very comfortable and the service was great. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The central location within Mendoza was perfect. A supermarket is just one block away and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended.

Great location, facilities & customer service

We were welcomed warmly and given a good overview of the facilities in our apartment. The apartment was a good size, had great facilities and was conveniently located for walking to the main central areas. It was also an easy walk from the bus terminal, even with bags. There is only a toaster oven but on request a microwave was cheerfully provided. The fridge has a small freezer section. The team of Claudia, Francisco and Sergio provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. It was the perfect place to stay. One tip: if you are planning to pay with credit card at the nearby Atomo supermarket you will need your passport or other ID.

The apartment was clean and modern and was within walking distance to many great restaurants. The entire staff was very accomodating. Claudia made great recommemdations on restaurants and wine tours. Overall we had a great experience. We would definitely return ☺
