We had next to no problems on our stay. It’s a beautiful setting and the house was lovely as well!Michael and Jessica were so responsive. They are the most communicative property owners we’ve ever stayed with! They let us know what to expect well in advance so we could make the most of planning out trip. I’d Highly recommend any of their properties!

Beautiful Place

We come to Mena every year in January for Athens Big Fork Marathon. Our group gets larger each year and this house accommodated perfectly. The description of the bedrooms and beds is not entirely accurate, so don't assign friends to beds till you get there. However, the rest was perfect. The hosts were very responsive even after full payment.

Great family get-a-way!!

We celebrated our belated Family Christmas here this weekend and it was amazing. There were 17 of us - ages 4-58 and everything in between and there was plenty of room for everyone. We loved that there were 3 levels and the kids had their own space. The kids were disappointed that they didn't catch any fish but I'm sure it was because it was very cold out!! The hosts were very responsive to all of our questions. Highly recommend!!

Everything was great! House fit all 23 of us comfortably. The host was an effective communicator and made the process smooth. Beautiful property in the mountains. I will say the private lake you definitely need water shoes and there were some dead catfish floating. Overall a great experience and would stay again.
