Holiday home ‘Hainberg-Loft’ with large veranda, garden sauna and plenty of space for relaxation

The Hainberg-Loft is located on the Hainberg-Areal site on the outskirts of Mellrichstadt and offers everything you need for a cozy vacation. The open-plan design of the apartment for 2 people consists of a living-dining area with a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. It has a large outdoor area (~900m²), adjacent to the Rhön biosphere reserve, with a garden, a spacious covered terrace, fire pit, sauna house and barbecue.



Features include underfloor heating, electric blinds, WiFi, Smart TV with streaming services and a fully automatic coffee machine. Parking directly behind the house.



The current Hainberg area emerged from the Hainberg barracks, which closed in 2005, and therefore also offers excellent transport connections. The A71 highway runs directly past Mellrichstadt. This provides good connections to cities such as Schweinfurt, Würzburg (A70 and A7) and Erfurt (A4). The Deutsche Bahn stops in Mellrichstadt and takes passengers in all directions every hour.

Mellrichstadt is a tranquil town with approx. 6000 inhabitants on the edge of the Bavarian Rhön.



It has a beautiful small town center with stores, restaurants and shopping centers, or invites you to enjoy an ice cream on the central, beautifully designed market square. There is also an indoor and outdoor swimming pool (with slide and 50m pool) in the town. For cyclists and hikers, there are many beautiful trails in the Streutal valley and in the Rhön that are just waiting to be explored. Nature is right on the doorstep!

Das Haus war sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Der Parkplatz direkt am Haus ist sehr großzügig und bietet Platz für mehrere Fahrzeuge. Das Haus und der Aussenbereich war sehr schön und entsprachen genau den Fotos. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und die Ruhe genossen.

Pros: De gastvrouw Heike was een aardige vrouw. Het huis was groot en heel schoon. In de omgeving zijn er leuke dorpjes en veel wandel mogelijkheden.

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr individuell und ruhig gelegen!

Pros: Die Ruhige Lage Und vor allem die Holzofen-Fasssauna! Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, kleine Details und Dekorationsartikel…. Für eine Auszeit mit Büchern in Ruhe, Spaziergänge und Wanderungen super. Frau Scholz ist eine sehr nette, bemühte und offene Vermieterin, sie gab eine Einführung und war erreichbar. Danke! Cons: Eigentlich war alles perfekt. Leider fiel die Fußbodenheizung aus, was aber innerhalb kürzester Zeit behoben wurde.

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt in idyllischer Lage!

Pros: Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung war einfach traumhaft! Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und abgelegen, umgeben von einem wunderschönen, weitläufigen Garten – ideal für erholsame Spaziergänge oder einfach zum Entspannen im Grünen. Der große Garten bietet eine perfekte Oase der Ruhe, die wir sehr genossen haben. Besonders toll war die Sauna, die uns an kalten Tagen wunderbar entspannt hat. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ließ keinerlei Wünsche offen – von einer gut ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu einer gemütlichen Einrichtung. Alles war perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, sodass wir uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt haben. Wer dem Alltag entfliehen und die Natur in vollen Zügen genießen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! ​
