Located just a short walk from all essential amenities, this sunny, 1-bedroom apartment promises a cosy vacation for 3 guests. Outside is a lovely communal pool area to enjoy a dip and many open-air lounging spots and sunbeds to relax after completing a long itinerary list. A private terrace with alfresco dining and BBQ also features for further relaxation.

The ground floor apartment is furnished with a modern sensibility, featuring a Smart TV, air-conditioning and every possible kitchen utility for a worry-free self-catered stay. The living room is open and features a dining table and a full kitchen with a microwave, oven, toaster and fridge with freezer.

Please note that there are 3 air conditioning units in the flat and there is an additional charge for the use of each, which is applicable depending on usage at 1.5-2/7 hours at a cooling temperature of 25°C. Guests can use a €1 coin for the units.

A refundable security deposit of €300 must be paid prior to arrival.

The pool is open from the 1st of April 2024 to the 30th of October 2024.

Location

The holiday apartment enjoys a carefree location in the tranquil village of Mellieħa. The upper main road with bars, shops, restaurants and bus stops is just a 15-minute walk away and so is the lovely Selmun Palace, with a hiking area and the Punic tombs to explore. A small pebble beach is also nearby (a 10-minute walk) to enjoy the Mediterranean sea at your leisure.

The famous Għadira Bay and Golden Bay beaches are between an 8-13 minute drive from here, and out of the two, Għadira is especially welcoming to families with numerous beach facilities and shallow waters for carefree swimming with your little ones. Another site worth visiting is the picturesque Popeye Village perched on the craggy edges of the island and located just a 10-minute drive from here. Meanwhile, nature lovers can make their way to the unique topography of Malta’s Bird Park, where they will find the combination of a wetland and salt marsh, as well as many opportunities to bird watch.

To hop on to the other islands in the Maltese Archipelago, guests can drive down to Ċirkewwa Quay in 10 minutes and easily take boats to Gozo and Comino from there. The nearest international airport and the stunning capital of Malta, Valletta, both are about a 35-minute drive from the holiday rental in Mellieħa.
