The facilities were good, clean and the staff was always very helpful. The only concern was on our first night stay when the fire alarm went off at 10:30pm and there was no one there to direct the guests on what to do or where to go. After half an hour someone finally came and turned the alarm off. There was no response from the fire department!

Det fanns ingen personal pÄ plats och heller ingen att fÄ tag pÄ nÀr vi fick problem. Otroligt lyhört, vi hörde grannarnas prat och bebisars grÄt hela kvÀllen. Rummet hade en ofrÀsch heltÀckningsmatta och mögel i duschen. Fönstret hade trasigt handtag sÄ nÀr vi öppnade ramlade det ut och vi fick gÄ ut och leta efter det pÄ grÀstmattqn nedanför. Frukosten var okej men som glutenintolerant fanns inte mycket att vÀlja pÄ. Det fanns bröd men delade smörbytta med övriga gÀsters vanliga bröd. Nej hit kommer vi inte tillbaka tyvÀrr.

NÀr vi skulle checka in fungerade inte koden och vi fick ringa efter personal som svarade efter nÄgra samtal. DÀrefter fick vi vÀnta i 30 minuter pÄ att nÄgon kom och öppnade för oss.
