MELLBY KITE SURF VILLA - for wonderful days by the sea

Welcome to our house, which sleeps 6 guests, just a few hundred meters from the beach! Here you can enjoy walks along the beach, relaxation, and great surfing sessions. In some cases, additional guests may stay with us for a fee of 200kr per person per night.

The house was built in 2020 and has a living area of 125 m² and a lot size of 1,500 m². Parts of the lawn are kept mowed, while other areas are left to grow freely to support wildlife.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, a workspace, and a smart TV with Chromecast. You can stream content from your phone to the TV.

Outside, there is a simple patio with outdoor furniture for 6 people and a charcoal grill. Private parking with space for about 3 cars is available at the house.

Beds:
- Bedroom on the first floor: one bed, 160 × 200 cm.
- Upstairs bedroom: two beds, 180 × 200 cm and 140 × 200 cm, respectively.
- Sofa bed upstairs: 140 × 200 cm.

Duvets, pillows, blankets, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies are provided.

Bring your own bedding and towels, or choose one of the following options:
- 60 kr/person: A set of bedding and towels will be left for you in the laundry room. You make your own bed.
- 100 kr/person: The beds are made upon arrival, and towels are included.
