Located in the heart of Salento, just 2.5 km from the famous Baia di Torre dell'Orso and close to the medieval village of Roca Nuova, Tenuta degli Ulivi is a prestigious residence designed for an exclusive stay. Surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove of about 5,000 sqm, the villa offers total privacy, spacious communal areas, and is perfect for large groups, big families, or private events.



The property accommodates up to 17 guests, ensuring the right balance between togetherness and independence. It features 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms with showers and hairdryers. Every room has air conditioning, mosquito nets, LED TV, safe, and Wi-Fi.

Thanks to natural stone technology, the water temperature stays pleasant. The area is fully fenced for children's safety. There is also an outdoor shower and a solarium area.

We stayed in this home for 5 days and the home itself is very nice. Communication with the host was excellent and Vanessa and Fabio made the check in very smooth. Our only negative with our stay and why I cannot give it a 5 star is that the Wi-Fi is spotty at best. If you need Wi-Fi during your stay, I recommend you bring your own device. We had two people in our party that needed to do work and it was impossible so they had to leave for a few hours everyday to take care of work stuff. The only other thing was regarding the description of the property not being very accurate. The pictures show two kitchens and no living room area, however, the second kitchen is no longer there and in its place is a small living room area with another dining room table. Not a big deal but if you are expecting two kitchens, there is only one. The description also mentions a hydro massage/hot tub and there is no such thing. Other than the things above, the house is really nice and in a very good location.
