Unfortunately, bed linen and towels cannot be provided. The house is not equipped with tablecloths or dish towels. In the kitchen, you will find all the utensils needed for cooking and dining.



This apartment is located in the heart of San Foca, just a 5-minute walk from the white sandy beach. The charming accommodation is on the first floor and features a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with a double and a single bed), and a bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests. There is also a fireplace and a TV. Outside, on the balcony, you can enjoy the view and watch the lively street below with a glass of wine. Thanks to its central location, this home is ideal for those seeking a beach holiday and an authentic southern Italian experience. Shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés are 450 meters away, and the nearest sandy beach, Lido L'Isola dei Briganti, is a 5-minute walk. Air conditioning is available in the living room and hallway.



Parking is available on the street near the property. Pets are welcome for an extra fee.



The air conditioner between the living room, bedroom, and bathroom cools the entire apartment.
